Starting at $18/hour (with the opportunity to increase earnings and share in profits for the right candidate) Overview We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mobile Detailer. In this role you'll visit customers at their homes or workplaces to perform high‑quality detailing services. This is a contract position with significant potential for growth. We're looking for someone who is eager to take ownership of their work and eventually share in the business's success. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations and perform full interior and exterior detailing, including washing, vacuuming, waxing, polishing, and general cleaning. Use appropriate products and techniques to protect vehicle surfaces and restore shine. Ensure all services are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and communicate clearly with customers about services provided and after‑care recommendations. Keep detailing equipment and supplies clean, organized, and in good working order. Manage scheduling and report completed work to the team lead or manager. Requirements Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle (you will travel to and from job sites). Strong work ethic and attention to detail; passion for delivering quality results. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the job. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and physically capable of lifting/handling equipment. Good communication skills and a positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and apply new detailing techniques; prior detailing experience is a plus but not required.
