Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by assisting with product selection, providing information on various products and consumption methods, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on cannabis products, and industry trends to educate customers effectively.Sales:
Assist customers in making purchases, offering upsells with purchases, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions accurately.Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with Florida state laws, including verifying customer identification and maintaining accurate records.Store Maintenance:
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the dispensary.Team Collaboration:
Work with management and team members to increase productivity with overall sales Requirements- Previous experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of stocking procedures and maintaining store cleanliness
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of cannabis and the many different facets of the industry.
