Sales Associate - Health & Wellness Studio

Job Summary Degree Wellness is hiring a friendly, outgoing Sales Associate to work at our Jacksonville Beach Studio. This is a part-time position, approximately 15 to 20 hours a week. Weekday and weekend availability is required. Prior experience in a gym, health club or spa is preferred but not necessary. Flexibility to work at both our Jax Beach and Town Center Studios is preferred. We offer the latest health & wellness services, such as Infrared Sauna, Full Body Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Drips and more. And we do it in a friendly, unintimidating studio environment. Come help us empower Jacksonville to feel, look and be their best self!

Responsibilities:

Welcome :

new clients into Degree. As the first person they see, you are the face of the studio! We want clients to feel welcome and comfortable.

Educate :

clients with information about our services, memberships and pricing options.

Sell :

clients memberships, packages and single services. In addition, you will escort clients to their service rooms, answer the phone, check out customers paying for their purchases, schedule appointments, and help people create new client profiles. You will also maintain a clean and tidy studio, including doing laundry.

You just need to bring:

An outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude! A passion for fitness, health and wellness. One year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment (preferred). A flexible schedule including availability on weekends and evenings. Our hours are 10am to 7pm, Mon thru Fri (and 10am to 5pm on Sat & Sun). Compensation Starting at $15/hour base pay Plus commission-based bonuses Free Employee Membership plus additional discounts ($150+ value per month)
