In this role, you will be the driving force behind our business development efforts, engaging with customers through in-store presentations and warm calling techniques to attract customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored sleep solutions that add value. Responsibilities Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present suitable sleep solutions Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate new business opportunities Identify solutions that meet and exceed the customer's needs, in a price point comfortable for the customer to move forward. Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships Utilize CRM software similar to Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through effective communication Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits Maintain a high level of customer service by providing timely responses and support throughout the sales process Requirements Proven experience in inside sales roles, preferably within health and wellness or related sectors Strong listening skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value propositions clearly Customer service mindset with a focus on building lasting client relationships Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Prior experience with sales automation tools, marketing campaigns, or technical sales is a plus Compensation Base pay + Tiered up commission + Team Bonus Typical 1st year Total Compensation $45-$55k, high performers more.
