Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. Assess customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and technical specifications of all appliances sold in-store. Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products. Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Store Operations:

Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to ensure the store remains visually appealing. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Problem Solving:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Offer solutions to any technical or product-related issues.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Familiarity with home appliances and their features (training will be provided if necessary). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for operating sales systems and managing customer information.
