Key Responsibilities:

Manage all inbound and make outbound sales calls during shifts, including timely follow-up via calls, texts, and emails Establish new and maintain existing business-to-business (B2B) relationships to drive referrals and partnerships Attend grassroots and community events as an ambassador of beem® , promoting brand awareness and membership opportunities Handle front desk operations: guest check-in, phone inquiries (sales & general), new memberships, account updates, and delinquent account procedures Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and automated communication systems Maintain studio cleanliness during operating hours (reception, saunas, light rooms, restrooms, showers, laundry) Reset sauna suites and light rooms between sessions (sanitizing, towels, room preparation) Assist with towel care, supply restocking, light maintenance, organization, and trash/recycling removal

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old Passion for health, wellness, and helping others 3+ years of experience in sales, wellness, fitness or a related field required Strong communication and consultative sales skills with a desire to grow memberships and services A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable with outbound sales calling, relationship-building, and community engagement Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a customer-facing environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Can work Part-Time (25 - 30 hours/week) or Full-Time (30+ hours/week), including weekends and some holiday's.
