  Overview Gummy Buckets is located in Old Town/Fun Spot theme park in Kissimmee Florida behind the ferris wheel. We have a giant selection of over 1000 gummy options and create pick your own buckets. We are looking for 1 Sales Associate (
• MUST be aged 18 or over
• ) to start immediately that is available to work ALL of the 3 specific shifts we need : Fridays 11am-4pm Saturdays 11am-2pm Sundays 11am-3pm It is a bonus if you can work weekdays too so you can pick up other shifts as you like.

. There is the possibility to pick up other shifts when needed but we need someone who can do the above shifts consistently. Your job will be to welcome customers, ring in sales, take payments and fill custom buckets as ordered. The ideal candidate will be a positive and outgoing individual who thrives with interacting with others. This person will be responsible for the interacting with customers, taking payments, the overall appearance of the store and packing candy mixes into bags. Any experience with social media would be an added bonus as we'd love help with our online presence. The job responsibilities are as follows: Greeting customers - telling them a quick blurb about our candy offerings when they arrive and answering any questions the customer might have. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and providing recommendations on what to get depending on what they tell you. Cash register work - entering orders into our system so that customers can pay with their cards and providing change for cash payments. Restocking shelves/candy Creating custom buckets of candy to fulfil orders Making sure the floor is kept clean (swept/mopped) While not necessary, someone who can help with our social media would be a huge asset. This includes helping with ideas to post on social medial and advertising and places to post them as well as helping us gain new followers.

Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but we are happy to provide a first opportunity to the right person Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store comfortably, and lift moderate loads when stocking shelves Supervising experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling strategies, and stock management will set you apart We are looking forward to hearing from you so please EMAIL your resume to us with your relevant work experience and your availability.
