In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming shopping environment. This is more than just a sales role — it's hands-on, active, and team-oriented. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Make product recommendations based on customer needs, while providing helpful, informative guidance. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Organizing inventory and displays, while maintain proper stock levels through regular stocking and inventory checks Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. General property maintenance and upkeep, including blowing, maintaining cleanliness and organizing. Plant care, including daily watering, & routine fertilizing, pruning, weeding & propagating. Assist in the unloading of trucks of new stock, and organizing that stock onto our sales floor. Desired Skills "But not required" Experience with POS systems, and cash handling procedures Heavy lifting Customer service skills Knowledge of merchandise "Plants" Effective phone etiquette Bilingual Required Qualifications Physical fortitude (this is an active, outdoor position) Positive attitude Desire to learn Strong work ethic A genuine love for the natural world.
