As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
- Assist with food preparation and handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
- Support sales efforts by suggestive selling and upselling products
- Utilize POS system for order processing
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform retail math calculations as needed Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is beneficial
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
