Role:

This position is based out of our Lakeland location but requires occasional travel to our Winter Haven store•flexibility is a must! You'll be responsible for: Greeting and consulting customers in-store with warmth, professionalism, and care Making outbound calls to our loyal customers•reminding them about free gifts, limited-time promos, and special events Representing the brand at community events, passing out flyers, and building real relationships with local businesses Staying on top of product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward wellness solutions Helping set up fun in-store happenings like paint nights and seasonal pop-ups

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who is: Naturally friendly, energetic, and not afraid to strike up a conversation with a stranger Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with people they've never met Flexible and willing to work both Winter Haven and Lakeland as needed A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment Passionate about wellness, self-care, and making a difference

Requirements:

Must be 21+ (due to industry regulations) Your own, personal, reliable transportation (we reimburse for gas when traveling for work-related tasks) Open availability—including occasional events outside of regular hours Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Sales experience or a background in wellness is a plus, but not required
