Retail Store Associate

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Upselling and Cross-selling. Provide customers with product information and answer questions about products, prices, availability, and payment options. Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs. Process payments using cash registers or other electronic payment systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Restock shelves as needed. Help maintain store security by monitoring customers and deterring theft. Ability to take a responsibility to open and / or close the Store on time with a reliable transportation. Must able to lift and carry up-to 100lbs. Must be able to stand for long period of time. Have a strong ability to understand products, services, and follow UPS & USPS, as well as all other businesses' guidelines & policies. Have basic skills PC/ Internet browser / MS Office products/ Emailing / office equipment, such as a multi-function copier & a fax machine experience & skills. Be able to work a flexible schedule when we needed is a plus. Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently. Have retail experience in cash handling and light physical work are MUST. Detail-oriented and fast learning attitude. Strong communication skills verbal and written in person, over the phone, via text messaging. Perform light housekeeping tasks. Be friendly and polite under pressure. Nice to have but not required: Certified Notary for the state of Florida. Experience with photoshop and photo editing tools and softwares.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
