Occasional to frequent travel throughout the State of Florida may be required Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate specializing in Overhead Doors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in overhead door sales, installations, service, or related industries who are looking to advance their career in a customer-focused sales environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, preparing estimates, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. Candidates with hands-on installation experience who want to transition into sales are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential customers Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting Meet with customers to assess overhead door needs and recommend solutions Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure successful project completion Maintain knowledge of overhead door products, parts, installation methods, and industry standards Travel throughout Florida as needed to meet with customers and support projects Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Qualifications Experience in overhead door sales, installation, service, or related field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Florida as needed Experience with estimating or project coordination is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $75,000+ Salary negotiable for highly experienced candidates Vehicle allowance Excellent benefits package Opportunity for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
