We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us launch our newest community, Emerson Lakes. Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more. Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $24.00/ hourly plus generous commissions and bonus! How you will make an impact Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales. Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc. Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation. Conduct extensive follow-up, follow-thru activities, and retention programs. Conduct phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents. Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database information and reports.
