Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you will serve as the face of our store, providing expert guidance on gardening, landscaping, floral design, and outdoor maintenance products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and floral products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable advice on horticulture practices, floral arrangements, and outdoor maintenance techniques. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and sales potential. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism. Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting customers with online orders or product information when applicable. Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and floral design to provide expert guidance. Experience with retail math, cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems to ensure smooth transactions. Excellent organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters positive relationships. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms to support online sales efforts.
