We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Sales Associate who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. As a team member, you will assist customers with product selection, maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and help create a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring compliance with all company policies and age-verification requirements. Job Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and state regulations. Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store appearance. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. Keep the sales floor, counters, and store areas clean and organized. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Assist with receiving and pricing new merchandise. Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old (or meet local legal age requirements). Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Knowledge of smoke shop, vape, cigar, hookah, and related products is a plus.
