Job Description
Role Summary:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control Main Accountabilities Performance Measures / Success criteria 1. Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment. 2. Elevated level of customer service. 3. Ensure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company's standards.Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Speaks well and uses effective verbal skill.
Availability :
Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 29 hours per week.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes
- receiving, stocking purposes.
- Must be able to climb a ladder
