This role will assist with customer communication, quoting support, order follow-up, shipping documentation, and administrative tasks related to aviation component repairs and overhaul services.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the sales team with quotes, customer requests, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and update customer/order information Support shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and related paperwork Coordinate with internal departments such as customer service, shipping/receiving, production, and purchasing Follow up on open orders, customer inquiries, and required documentation Assist with data entry and organization of sales-related files
Qualifications:
Prior aviation, MRO, repair station, or aerospace industry experience preferred Experience with ILS and Quantum is a huge plus Knowledge of shipping documentation is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and follow up in a timely manner Basic computer skills, including
Microsoft Office/Outlook Schedule:
