FREE Tanning (both UV Beds and Sunless Sprays) FREE Red Light Therapy Employee-only product discounts Discounted teeth whitening Commission and tips We are seeking a certified salon consultant to join our team. •already being Smart Tan Certified is a plus but willing to train the right candidate• As a salon consultant, you will work closely with clients to provide guidance and recommendations to help clients reach their tanning/skin goals.
DUTIES:
Checking in clients & building client rapport Entering/maintaining client records Utilize consulting techniques to determine client needs and develop tailored solutions (suggesting specific products and/or equipment, determining appropriate UV exposure time, sunless spray tan recommendations, etc) Sanitizing of all equipment/rooms after use Package and product sales Completion of certification and ability to provide airbrush spray tanning, teeth whitenings, and Smart Tan teachings to clients Light housekeeping duties around the salon to maintain a clean& tidy environment

OTHER:
Ideal candidates will have some degree of flexibility in scheduling (ability to work mornings, evening and weekends) . Easy Tan is a woman-owned, local salon that has been in business for over 15 years. Our staff is made up of long-term employees who all work well together and independently. We are so excited to find our new addition to the team!
