Do you enjoy helping customers and being part of a fun, growing business? CM's Brick Shop is seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our LEGO retail team at Renninger's Flea Market in Melbourne, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for LEGO products, and takes pride in staying organized and productive. This is more than a typical retail position. You'll help customers, process inventory, identify and sort LEGO products, build complete sets from inventory, and play a key role in helping our business grow. 10:00 AM•4:00 PM Weekend availability on both Saturday and Sunday is required. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Help customers find LEGO sets, minifigures, parts, and collectibles Answer questions about LEGO themes, retired sets, and current products Process sales through our point-of-sale system Buy, sell, and trade LEGO products with customers Organize inventory and maintain attractive displays Sort, identify, and process LEGO minifigures and sets Build complete LEGO sets from inventory and prepare products for sale Assist with pricing, labeling, and merchandising products Help keep the booth clean, organized, and welcoming Represent CM Brick Shop in a professional and friendly manner What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of LEGO sets, minifigures, themes, and collecting Knowledge of BrickLink, LEGO market values, retired sets, or minifigure identification is a strong plus Familiarity with LEGO collecting, buying, selling, and trading is preferred Ability to accurately identify LEGO themes, minifigures, and set components Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay productive Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing for extended periods Retail experience is a plus but not required Must be at least 16 years old Growth Opportunity CM Brick Shop is expanding. Beginning in August 2026, qualified team members may have the opportunity to work an additional 20-25 hours per week at our new Sebastian retail storefront. Additional responsibilities may include:
