Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate and become the vital link between our customers and the automotive parts they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly. In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory with precision, and support repair and maintenance operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless parts fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive knowledge while making a tangible impact on our customers' vehicle care. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories using product knowledge and inventory systems Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure parts availability Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and invoicing Maintain organized shelving, stockroom cleanliness, and proper storage of parts to optimize accessibility Provide technical support on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures when needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order processing and delivery schedules Support dealership or retail sales initiatives through marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies Requirements Previous experience in repair, dealership environments, or retail sales is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred) for diverse customer interactions Familiarity with inventory management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or POS systems Basic math skills for retail math calculations, order processing, and cash handling Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service procedures is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Valid driver's license or dealership experience may be advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach and passion for motor sports care can truly shine.
