In this role, you will actively engage with walk in clients and kitchen and bath partners, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their project. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed information about merchandise, including features and benefits Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills Manage cash register operations, including cash management and balancing drawers at shift end Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping Perform basic math tasks quickly and accurately during sales transactions or loan processing if applicable Qualifications Prior experience in construction or customer service is preferred but not required Familiarity with banking procedures, cash handling, and cashiering is advantageous Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations (10 key typing experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Positive attitude with the motivation to learn and grow within the sales environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
