The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will engage with customers, identify their needs, present solutions, and drive sales opportunities from initial contact through closing. Your ability to create a positive customer experience while consistently achieving sales goals will be key to your success. Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers and provide outstanding customer service. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that effectively highlight features and benefits. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services to maximize revenue opportunities. Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain organized inventory, stock merchandise, and ensure an attractive sales environment. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and daily operational tasks. Support team initiatives and help mentor or train new employees when needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or customer-facing sales environments. Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance targets. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems, POS systems, and sales tracking tools preferred. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math and computer proficiency required.
