Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands. Ensure all areas are tidy and well-organized, including workstations, storage areas, and common spaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep the workspace in top condition. Arrange and display products neatly and attractively to enhance customer experience and promote sales. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
