In addition to retail, Reservedmia functions as a community hub, hosting events, live music, brand activations, creative collaborations, and cultural programming. Through its physical store and online platform, the brand connects customers with unique products and experiences grounded in authenticity, nostalgia, and culture. Role Description The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Reservedmia's brand and culture. This role includes greeting and assisting customers, learning product stories, answering questions, and guiding shoppers toward pieces that match their style and interests. Daily tasks involve merchandising and organizing the sales floor, maintaining visual displays, restocking and tagging items, and supporting inventory counts and backroom organization. The Retail Associate will process sales and returns at the register, handle online order pickups, and ensure that the store remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with current promotions and events. The role also supports in-store events and community activations by helping with setup, customer engagement, and post-event reset. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships with a diverse customer base and team members. Experience delivering customer-focused service and enhancing the overall customer experience in a retail or hospitality environment. Basic inventory management skills, including restocking, organizing stockrooms, and assisting with counts or audits. Clear, professional communication skills for in-person interactions, phone calls, and basic digital communications. Interest in vintage fashion, streetwear, music, and culture, with a willingness to learn product details and trends. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise as needed, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude and reliability are essential.
