At BioBliss, our team members are known as "Bliss Guides " because they help guests discover products, technologies, and experiences that support feeling their best. Job Description:
As a BioBliss Experience Guide, you'll help guests discover innovative wellness technologies, biohacking tools, premium supplements, healthy snacks, biohacking experiences, and products designed to support recovery, relaxation, focus, energy, and overall well-being. You'll guide guests through social and self-guided experiences, assist with wellness modalities, educate them on products and technologies, and help create an environment that feels inspiring, welcoming, and fun to explore. This role combines hospitality, education, technology, wellness, biohacking, and retail sales. We're looking for curious, energetic people who love learning, connecting with others, and introducing people to experiences they've never seen before.
What You'll Do Create exceptional guest experiences from the moment someone walks through the door Introduce guests to innovative wellness technologies, biohacking tools, recovery experiences, premium supplements, and healthy snacks Guide guests through BioBliss's social experiences, self-guided experiences, and immersive wellness modalities Help guests discover products, services, and experiences aligned with their interests, goals, and lifestyle Confidently explain and demonstrate BioBliss offerings in a way that is approachable, educational, and engaging Assist guests with wellness technologies and recovery modalities while ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and supported Build authentic relationships with guests and create loyal repeat customers Drive product, membership, and experience sales while delivering a world-class hospitality experience Become an expert on BioBliss products, technologies, and brand partners through ongoing training and education Support booking, scheduling, merchandising, inventory management, and daily operations Maintain a beautiful, clean, and welcoming environment Assist with events, workshops, product launches, and community experiences We're Looking For People Who Are Naturally warm, personable, and confident Passionate about helping people feel better Curious and excited to learn continuously Interested in wellness, biohacking, fitness, recovery, technology, supplements, or personal growth Comfortable educating guests and making product recommendations Motivated by both exceptional customer experiences and sales performance Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Energized by beautiful spaces and exceptional hospitality Excited by the opportunity to help build a growing brand from the ground floor Preferred Experience:
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, wellness, spa, beauty, concierge services, membership sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. First Aid certification, concierge experience, and familiarity with wellness or fitness environments are a plus, but not required. We believe curiosity, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are more important than existing product knowledge.
