Full-Time / Part-Time About Us Retail clothing Boutique who is a growing women's fashion boutique dedicated to providing trendy styles and an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide styling advice and product recommendations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Receive, unpack, tag, and organize new merchandise Restock inventory and monitor product availability Assist with inventory counts and stock management Pack and prepare online orders for shipping Help maintain store displays and merchandising standards Support promotions, sales events, and store marketing initiatives Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Passion for fashion is a plus Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to help drive sales while keeping the store organized and running smoothly. Candidates who are comfortable appearing in social media content or helping create content for the boutique are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Compensation Competitive pay based starting at $15.00 up to $20.00 Depending on experience.
