In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable guide for clients seeking unforgettable yachting experiences. Your bilingual skills will bridge communication gaps, ensuring every client feels valued and understood from their first inquiry to the final voyage. This is an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with a love for hospitality and travel, creating memorable adventures on the water. Responsibilities Engage with clients in both English and the target language to understand their yachting needs and preferences Provide detailed information about available yacht charters, amenities, and destinations to inspire confidence and excitement Assist clients with travel planning, including coordinating accommodations, transportation, and special requests to ensure seamless experiences Cultivate strong relationships through personalized service, follow-up communications, and attentive support throughout the booking process Collaborate with the operations team to confirm reservations, prepare itineraries, and ensure all client requirements are met before departure Maintain up-to-date knowledge of yacht inventory, local attractions, and industry trends to offer expert guidance Promote additional services such as onboard catering, excursions, or special events to enhance client satisfaction and sales opportunities Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service within the luxury hospitality or travel industry Fluency in English and Spanish Strong communication skills with an energetic and engaging approach that builds rapport quickly Familiarity with travel planning tools, hotel operations, or hospitality services is highly desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Compensation:
  • Base salary + commission
  • Commission earned on yacht sales/charters closed
  • Growth opportunities in a luxury environment
