Client Experience Associate - Luxin | Coral Gables, FL Luxin is a luxury custom clothing company built around intention, and the highest standard of client experience. We are looking for a refined, driven individual to join our Coral Gables showroom as a Client Experience Associate. The Role You will be the first impression of Luxin - greeting clients, guiding them through our collections, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's standard of excellence. Beyond sales, you'll support our store manager with day-to-day operations and contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation. You will also be responsible for making content. What We're Looking For ?A natural elegance - in presence, communication, and personal style ?Genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting client relationships ?A sharp eye for detail and an instinct for luxury aesthetics ?Self-motivated, organized, and capable of executing without being managed ?Passion for fashion, design, or the luxury space ?Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred What You'll Do ?Drive sales and own the client relationship from first contact through follow-up ?Assist the store manager with operations, scheduling, and team coordination ?Contribute to visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards ?Represent Luxin at the highest level in every client interaction
Compensation:
