Role Description We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team inside Bloomingdales at our Aventura, FL location. This on-site role involves providing an exceptional shopping experience, building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the team's overall success. Additional duties include maintaining store aesthetics, assisting with inventory processes, staying updated on product knowledge, and supporting visual merchandising initiatives. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to connect with clients and enhance their shopping experience Sales and relationship-building proficiency with a focus on meeting sales goals and creating lasting customer bonds Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining store standards and handling inventory Adaptability and teamwork to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Basic knowledge or enthusiasm for fashion and styling; previous retail experience is a plus Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends and holidays, as necessary High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion or retail is advantageous A positive and outgoing attitude with a passion for delivering an engaging customer experience
