We're looking for a detail-driven, dependable Operations & Logistics Associate to own the back-end execution that keeps our Miami flagship running smoothly — order entry, vendor coordination, inventory, and shipping/receiving. This is an entry-level role built for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up. It is not a client-facing or executive-assistant position — it is hands-on, detail-focused, and execution-driven. Key Responsibilities Enter and track client orders accurately through our production system
  • Coordinate with tailors, fabric vendors, and production partners on timelines and order status
  • Manage inventory organization, fabric/material tracking, and showroom stock
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and package logistics for incoming and outgoing orders
  • Maintain organized records of vendor communications, order statuses, and deadlines
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the founder as needed
  • Flag production delays or order issues proactively, before they become client-facing problems 30 / 60 / 90-Day Expectations This role has clear, checkable milestones from day one.
Performance against these benchmarks determines continued employment and eligibility for future growth within AMIN NY. Phase What success looks like Days 1-30 Foundation Fully trained on order entry system, vendor contact list, and production tracking process
  • Completing order entry independently with zero errors on review
  • Zero unexcused absences or late arrivals
  • Demonstrates understanding of the full order lifecycle, fabric to delivery Days 31-60 Independence Manages day-to-day order entry and vendor follow-up with minimal oversight
  • Proactively flags production delays or vendor issues before being asked
  • Inventory and shipping/receiving logs are consistently accurate and up to date
  • Responds to founder requests same-day with no follow-up reminders needed Days 61-90 Ownership Owns the full back-end logistics workflow with no day-to-day supervision
  • Identifies and proposes at least one process improvement
  • Zero missed deadlines, zero unexplained absences across the full 90 days
  • Ready to be considered for expanded responsibility or a compensation review This position includes a 90-day probationary period during which employment may be terminated at any time. Continued employment beyond this period is contingent on successfully meeting the benchmarks outlined above. Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-oriented — small errors matter to you
  • Reliable above all else: shows up on time, every time, without exception
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy administrative work
  • Takes direction well and asks questions instead of guessing
  • Professional, calm, and steady under deadline pressure
  • Eager to learn the operational side of a luxury fashion business Preferred Experience Some retail, administrative, or operations experience preferred
  • Comfortable with basic order/inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools a plus
  • No fashion industry background required — we will train
Compensation Base Salary:
