This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences both in-store and through catering and business gifting opportunities. Position Summary The Hourly Associate serves as a key member of our retail team, providing outstanding customer service while supporting sales growth through retail, catering, and business-to-business (B2B) gifting orders. The ideal candidate is comfortable using CRM systems, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through proactive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through digital channels. Assist customers with product selection, holiday meals, catering orders, and corporate gifting solutions. Utilize CRM software to maintain customer information, track sales opportunities, and follow up on leads. Support business development efforts by reaching out to existing and prospective catering and corporate gifting clients. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain product knowledge and promote seasonal offerings and specials. Assist with merchandising, stocking, cleanliness, and overall store presentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Previous retail sales, customer service, hospitality, catering, or restaurant experience preferred. Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar customer relationship management platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
