Job Description
Job Overview:
We seek a reliable and customer-oriented associate to join our team. As a liquor store associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the store shelves are adequately stocked.Duties:
Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service- Process and checkout orders
- Greeting customers entering and leaving the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized store floor
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience in Lottery sales
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
