GW STORE
is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our new North Miami location.GW STORE
specializes in premium grills, outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens, smokers, charcoal, and everything related to the open fire cooking experience. We work with some of the best brands in the industry and focus heavily on customer service, product knowledge, and creating a unique shopping experience. What we're looking for: - Sales-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Interest in grilling, outdoor cooking, BBQ, or premium outdoor living is a big plus
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation:
- $18•20/hour base pay •Overtime paid after 40 hours •Aggressive commission structure •Additional performance bonuses and sales incentives •Strong earning potential for motivated candidates
Schedule:
- Approximately 45 hours per week
- Monday through Saturday
- Sundays off + 1 day a week (not Monday) What we offer:
