Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an entry level sales associate, where you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers across your designated region, empowering you to review client's telecom services while building lasting relationships acting as their territory sales manager. Responsibilities Develop and manage a designated sales territory by prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses. Conduct face-to-face meetings and scheduled appointments with business owners and decision-makers to present wireless, internet, mobility, and communication solutions. Identify customer pain points and recommend customized business solutions that improve connectivity, productivity, and operational efficiency. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, appointments, and sales progress using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools. Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, account support, and post-sale follow-up to drive retention and referrals. Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and territory opportunities to maximize market penetration. Collaborate with leadership and team members on sales strategies, training, and performance improvement initiatives. Skills Motivation

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to perform independently in a field sales environment. Strong time management, organization, and territory planning skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle. Ability to overcome objections, handle rejection professionally, and maintain a high level of energy and persistence. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, lead management tools, and mobile sales applications. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and present value-driven solutions. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory. We do provide training to our team members so if someone is lacking in any of these areas we will help them to develop these skills as well.

  • 5PM•combination of virtual and in person
Compensation:
Weekly pay
  • this is a w2 position; average weekly pay is $900-1400, bonus and commissions This is a full time role working with top telecom companies in the South Florida area.
