Spherion is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team! As a Sales Associate, you aren't just ringing up items; you are a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests find exactly what they need.

Pay Rate:

$15 per hour.

Schedule:

Stores operate 7 days per week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking individuals available for 20-25 hours per week, specifically to support evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all guests with a kind and courteous disposition.
• Confidently operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and support cash handling.
• Introduce promotions, cross-sell, and encourage beneficial product add-ons while assisting with displays and signage.
• Monitor and analyze inventory to replenish the sales floor, back room, and cooler as needed. ...
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulatory food safety laws and maintain accurate records.

• Previous retail or food service experience preferred, but not required

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment like printers and scanners.
• Basic math skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Prompt and regular attendance is a core requirement. To be successful, you must meet the following physical demands:
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Comfort with frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and move approximately 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
