QUALIFICATIONS
Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry. Communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Understanding of design principles and furniture styles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer skills and point-of-sale systems. Move furniture as needed. High school diploma or equivalent One year experience MUST be able to work rotating weekends, and some holidays. (CLOSED Thanksgiving; Christmas; & Easter )
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with furniture financing and delivery processes. Due to the nature of the jobs, bilingual skills are a plus, however, not required.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right furniture to meet their needs, and driving sales. You will need to possess a keen eye for design, understanding and knowledge of product(s), and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customer. Listen attentively to customers needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations. Guide customers throughout the showroom, showcasing furniture options and features. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
SALES AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting products. Develop a comprehensive understanding of product specifications, materials and styles. Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and financing options. Utilize sales techniques to close deals and maximize sales opportunities. Stay up-to•date on industry trends and new product offerings.
SHOWROOM MAINTENANCE
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom•Following Employer Standards•. Assist with arranging and displaying furniture to create attractive and functional displays. Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of merchandise. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Process sales transactions. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries. Work with computer systems to process orders, and look up inventory.
