What You'll Do:

Monitors press schedule to formulate inks in quantities needed for upcoming jobs. Formulates, blends, and controls the quality of inks per customer requirements Compares customer's sample with the standard color card, or blends pigments into solution and compares results with a sample to determine the formula required to duplicate colors. Operates Color Computer Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision. Ability to function as an effective team member. Will be required to help out in Print Room as needed. Prior experience with ink mixing in Screen Printing or Offset Printing will be helpful. Candidates should have prior Manufacturing experience. What We Need/Physical Requirements:

Able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours The position will require lifting and standing. Lift boxes 25 lbs to 50 lbs. Work in a warehouse environment (not climate controlled)
