JOB DESCRIPTION

: Sales Associates assist in running all "front of house "fitness studio operations. Our ideal candidates hold passion for fitness, strong customer service skills, and have basic sales experience. The Ambassador is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic. Must be available for regularly scheduled, but "unconventional" hours-- early and/or late & weekends. Must have open availability to work the following shifts :

Monday- Friday:

4:30am-9:30am 9:00am-2:00pm 2:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday:

6:45am-12:00pm

Sunday:

7:30am-11:30am We are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year, only closed on Christmas Day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

: Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio Participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week Maintain an organized and clean work environment Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns Ensure proper on-boarding of all OTF members through the use of Client Intake Forms and Agreements Sales associates must attend and participate in all relative OTF training programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

: Excellent customer service skills Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment Functional computer skills required - Microsoft Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred High school diploma required Ability to work and function in an
