POSITION DESCRIPTION

Burn Boot Camp - Oviedo seeks an enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate (Burn Ambassador) to enhance client experience and drive membership growth. This role involves managing sales (new memberships, retention, retail, nutrition), generating and converting leads, fostering community connections, and being the welcoming face of the gym. The ideal candidate loves fitness, community, and changing lives, upholding Burn Boot Camp's high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership growth goals Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must have proficient computer skills Able to prioritize multiple deliverables, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the gym, follow up on billing issues, book client meetings, and other administrative tasks Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants Participate in local events to promote the gym Ensure gym is clean Other duties as assigned

Job:

Part-time (Monday - Saturday) Morning Shifts include times from : 5:00 AM to 10:45

AM and Afternoon Shifts:

4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 6:60 AM - 9:30 AM Looking for someone around 15 hours a week or more. Must be able to work 1 Saturday shift a month.
