What You Might Do (Depending on Your Role) Think of our store as a living, breathing operation—and every role keeps it moving: Customer-Facing Roles Cashiers create smooth, friendly checkout experiences that leave customers smiling. Clerks keep the sales floor looking its best—stocked, organized, and ready to inspire shoppers while offering helpful assistance along the way. Donation & Processing Team Donation Attendants are the first stop in the journey—welcoming donors, receiving items, and setting the stage for what comes next. Wares Processors sort through incoming goods, identify sellable items, and price them for the sales floor. Textile Team (aka the fabric whisperers) Sorters carefully review clothing to determine what makes the cut. Hangers keep things moving by preparing garments for display. Graders evaluate quality and assign pricing—balancing value and appeal. Taggers finalize items so they're ready to shine on the rack. Backroom & Operations Material Handlers are the masters of movement—using pallet jacks to organize inventory, maintain flow, and ensure products are staged efficiently using FIFO (first in, first out).
