Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a driven and service-oriented retail professional with a deep passion for luxury goods and fine jewelry. This role requires strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and deep product knowledge. As a key team member, you will contribute directly to business growth and the elevated customer experience our brand is known for. Responsibilities Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets, while delivering exceptional client service. Serve as a Key Holder with responsibility for store opening/closing procedures and operational oversight as needed. Build and nurture relationships with a sophisticated clientele, many of whom are multigenerational patrons of the brand. Master a complete understanding of our products, materials and collections. Collaborate closely with the store team and operations manager to process information/ merchandise through the POS system. Embrace the intricacies of working with a small team, ability to shift between jobs when needed. Maintain visual merchandising to company standards Work with team members in maintaining a presentable store environment. Demonstrate and support excellent teamwork/ lead by example Weekly staff meetings with team members to discuss current events, exhibitions, training, new products, directives from corporate and operational issues. Collaborate closely with Operations manager and President/Owner providing valuable insights and feedback to further enhance the productivity and atmosphere of the store. Ability to convey the story/ legacy of Seaman Schepps and the inspirations behind the collections. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of proven success in luxury retail sales, preferably within high-end jewelry. Energetic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and an innate ability to engage and inspire clientele. Strategic thinker with the ability to support business operations, merchandising, and store growth initiatives. High level of organization, initiative, and adaptability in a boutique retail environment. Tech-savvy and proficient with retail systems, CRM platforms, GOOGLE Docs & and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in an operational role is a must, with the ability to work in a fast changing environment.
