Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with Glass Experience to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service. Your energy and expertise will help customers find the perfect products for their home or rental property. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, gain product knowledge, and thrive in a nice market. If you are a multitasker, have a great phone presence, outgoing personality, and are able to handle even the most difficult of customers, we need you! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with their needs Assist customers in measuring glass and quoting glass products. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Followup with customers with picking up ordered materials. Assist in other areas when needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments with bilingual communication skills as needed Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in the Glass and Glazing Industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions and math skills for calculating costs of glass. Knowledge of glasses products, Annealed, Tempered, etc. Come join an amazing team.
