Position Overview:

As a TCG Retail Sales Associate , you will engage with customers, provide insights, and cultivate a loyal customer base by creating a fun and educational experience for buyers and other collectors.

Location:

On-site at our retail location at 11939 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build excitement around our collectibles and actively interact with customers through direct sales at our Retail location
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products being sold.
• Showcase knowledge of collectibles, including TCGs, comics, coins & currency.
• Develop relationships with collectors and cultivate a dedicated community of enthusiasts.

Requirements:

§ A true passion for collectibles, with a deep knowledge and/or interest in Trading Card Games (Pokémon,

Magic:

The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yugioh, etc.) and retail sales experience § Quick learner, face-to-face engagement with customers, sales-focused while delivering an informative experience § Ability to accurately handle cash and use POS systems § Outstanding communication skills and a knack for connecting with people from all walks of life (building excitement around collectibles) § Dependable, good attitude, trustworthy, strong work ethic, and overall good energy are expected § Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, because collectibles generate excitement (and retail sales) knows no bounds! § Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, grasp, stand, walk, lift, or carry in a variety of situations § Previous retail experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are even more important. § General education (high school diploma or equivalent) required, college degree preferred, basic math skills needed § References and background check required, no criminal record Preferred skills : 1) strong retail or direct sales background, 2) Knowledge of one or more of the following is a plus: Trading Card Games (Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yugioh, etc.) Why Join PCB Hobby?
