Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including product selection and checkout procedures Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash drawer operations with precision Support banking and financial service transactions such as loan processing, deposits, and account inquiries Maintain accurate records of sales, cash handling, and customer interactions using financial software and retail math skills Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, or financial estimations to ensure accuracy in all dealings Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with banking operations, financial services, or loan processing is a plus Strong basic math skills including retail math and 10-key typing proficiency for accurate transaction processing Ability to operate financial software systems confidently and efficiently Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Experience handling cash management, cashiering duties, or cash handling procedures is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while building your career in retail sales and financial services.
