Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will work directly with customers, assist with inventory management, answer phones, follow up on leads, help maintain our showroom, and contribute to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through online inquiries Help customers select appliances that best fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle Build positive relationships with customers through outstanding service and follow-up Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions professionally Follow up with leads, quotes, and previous customer inquiries Schedule customer pickups and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment Assist with inventory management, inventory counts, and product organization Update product availability, pricing, and inventory records Learn and maintain knowledge of appliance brands, models, and features Support warehouse and showroom operations as needed Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals Help create a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Is organized and pays attention to detail Takes initiative and works well without constant supervision Has strong communication and customer service skills Is eager to learn and willing to be coached Works well as part of a team Maintains a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a customer-facing environment Is motivated to grow personally and professionally Takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive workplace culture Is solution-oriented and willing to help wherever neededPreferred Qualifications Previous sales experience is a plus but not required Customer service experience preferred Basic computer and smartphone skills Experience using Facebook Marketplace, social media, or CRM software is a plus Appliance, furniture, retail, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Why Join Seaside Appliance World?
