PART TIME RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Part-Time Retail Associate Parrish RV & Boat Bait & Tackle is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor retail. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones promptly and courteously Restock merchandise, including store shelves, soda coolers, and bait freezers Maintain store cleanliness, including emptying trash and general upkeep Perform light filing and basic administrative tasks Assist with resolving customer concerns and communicate with management as needed Open and close the store, including setting ADT alarms Maintain the car wash area (pick up trash, empty bins, keep bays clean) Requirements Valid Florida driver's license Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and fill-in shifts as needed Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Retail experience (especially with fishing or boating products) is a plus What We're Looking For Friendly, customer-focused attitude Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable performing both customer service and light physical tasks
