In this vibrant role, you will be the first friendly face visitors and congregation members see, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our church's spirit of hospitality. Your positive energy and organizational skills will help ensure every guest feels comfortable, appreciated, and eager to return. Duties Greet all visitors and congregation members with enthusiasm and genuine warmth, making them feel welcomed from the moment they arrive Manage the front area, providing information about service times, events, and church programs Prepare & distribute welcome gifts Support event setup, maintenance and clean up Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Maintain a neat and organized greeting area, ensuring all signage, literature, and materials are current and accessible Skills Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for individuals passionate about community service who enjoy creating welcoming environments.
