In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper stocking, merchandising, and maintenance of produce items while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are organized, labeled correctly, and visually appealing Manage inventory levels using RF scanners and inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstocking Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and move produce safely within the warehouse and sales floor Assist customers with inquiries about produce selections, offering product recommendations and nutritional information Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce area, including packaging and general upkeep Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading deliveries efficiently and accurately Implement merchandising strategies to promote produce sales and enhance store presentation Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during stocking and inventory management Familiarity with inventory management tools such as RF scanners; experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure product freshness Knowledge of grocery store operations, including cashiering, retail math, and customer service principles Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today and bring your energy, organization, and passion for fresh produce to our vibrant team!
