Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

Engage directly with subscribers to provide a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by AT&T Build strong relationships with consumers to increase brand loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction Track sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends or room for improvement, and deliver results to Senior Management Stay up-to-date on market trends and new products to stay ahead of our competitors Follow up with current and former customers to gather feedback and upgrade products or services when appropriate

Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field Possesses a customer-centric mentality and is excited to interact with people Comfortable learning to use sales software and POS systems Displays an interest in wireless solutions and technological innovations Able to reliably commute to our onsite Miami office Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed High school diploma or equivalent required Why Should You Apply To Work With Us?
