We are looking to add motivated sales associates to our team. This position is a career opportunity. We strictly promote from within. This is a performance-driven position where effort, consistency, and attitude directly determine income and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Respond to internet leads and convert them into appointments and sales Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers Follow up consistently with leads and past customers Manage customer interactions in CRM systems Assist customers through the sales and financing process Work closely with the sales and finance teams to meet goals Stay current on inventory and dealership offerings What We Are Looking For Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Active social media presence is required Coachable and willing to learn our process Strong work ethic and reliable attitude Competitive, goal-driven mindset Strong communication skills Basic computer and CRM skills Sales experience is a plus, not required Valid driver's license required
